ILR (Individual Learner Record) Funding Administrator Location: Liverpool Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum depending on experience. Contract: Full-timeWe are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented IRL Funding Administrator to join our client''s team. As part of a leading training provider in Liverpool, you will be responsible for managing and submitting funding data, ensuring compliance with apprenticeship and bootcamp rules and supporting learners through accurate data management.Key Responsibilities:Monthly submission of funding dataData management for bootcamp and apprenticeship programsHeadhunting and recruitment of suitable candidatesManage Individual Learner Record (ILR) and ensure accurate loading onto IRL systemsMonitor and ensure compliance with funding and apprenticeship guidelinesEnsure adherence to bootcamp rules and regulationsUse data sheets and systems to track and report funding and compliance informationEssential Skills:Must have experience working in Further Education and using IRL (Individual Learner Record)Strong experience in data management and funding processesKnowledge of apprenticeship guidelines, bootcamp rules, and funding complianceAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsProficiency in using relevant systems for data tracking and reportingIf you''re passionate about supporting apprenticeships and ensuring compliance, we would love to hear from you.
