Individual Giving Manager Trees for Cities Brixton, Greater London (Hybrid) £39,000 per year Full-time Permanent ABOUT THE ROLE We''re looking for an experienced and motivated Individual Giving Manager to lead the growth and delivery of our Individual Giving Programme as we develop a nationwide movement for urban trees and tree equity across the UK. You''ll take ownership of delivering our three year Individual Giving Strategy, shaping and delivering multi channel acquisition and retention campaigns that inspire thousands of people to support greener, healthier cities. Sitting within the Marketing, Communications and Individual Giving Team, you will oversee a portfolio of income streams including one off and regular giving, mid-level and major donors, payroll giving, in memory giving, challenge events, merchandise, and digital fundraising. You''ll bring a strategic, data driven approach to supporter engagement-paired with creativity, strong stewardship, and an enthusiasm for building meaningful donor relationships. You will also line manage our Senior Individual Giving Coordinator, ensuring exceptional data management, campaign management, stewardship and user journeys, segmentation and reporting across all activity.
