This role blends operational support, system documentation, user training and continuous improvement, and is ideal for someone with a finance background who is eager to expand into systems, process optimisation and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities Manage and resolve IFS support tickets across AP, AR, GL, Procurement, Projects and other finance modules, identifying recurring themes and opportunities for process improvement.
