Location: Leeds (Office-based initially, hybrid available)Salary: Flexible (DOE) + Bonus + BenefitsJob Type: Full-time, PermanentAbout the RoleWe''re currently recruiting for an experienced IFA Administrator to join a well-established, independent financial planning firm.This position offers the opportunity to work closely with advisers and paraplanners, supporting the delivery of high-quality financial planning to a loyal and growing client base.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparing and submitting new business applications and investment tradesObtaining illustrations, key documents and policy informationProducing cost and charges disclosures and pre-advice packsSupporting the onboarding of new clients and ensuring compliance requirements are metMaintaining and updating accurate client records on back-office systemsManaging workflows and diary tasks to ensure timely completionSubmitting letters of authority and chasing providersEnsuring all files are fully compliant and audit-readyAbout YouMinimum 3 years'' financial services administration experienceStrong understanding of pensions, investments and financial planning processesExperience with back-office systems (e.g. IO or similar)High attention to detail and strong organisational skillsConfident using Microsoft Word and ExcelAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentWhat''s on OfferCompetitive salary (depending on experience)Annual discretionary bonusHybrid working after initial training periodPension, private ..... full job details .....
