Financial Services (IFA) Administrator Cardiff Gate, Cardiff Salary: Dependent on Experience and Qualifications Full Time (37.5 Hours) Part Time Considered (30 Hours) Join a Growing Financial Planning Team An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Financial Services Administrator to join a successful and well-established financial planning practice. Working closely alongside a Financial Adviser and Paraplanner, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of exceptional client service, ensuring business is processed efficiently and client records are maintained accurately. This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in an IFA administration position who is looking to further develop their career within a professional and client-focused financial planning environment. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update client records accurately using back-office systems. Process and manage requests for information with providers and clients. Prepare and submit life, pension and investment applications. Accurately record and track new business from submission through to completion. Manage annual review schedules and client follow-up activities. Support advisers and paraplanners with day-to-day administrative duties. Assist with quarterly investment portfolio rebalances. Ensure client documentation and records are maintained in line with regulatory requirements. Liaise professionally with clients, providers and third parties. About You ..... full job details .....
