The role You''ll provide the day-to-day administrative backbone for the firm''s advisers and paraplanners, keeping client business moving accurately and on time. Day to day, this looks like: Processing new business across pensions, investments and protection, from submission through to completion Preparing client valuations, portfolio reports and meeting packs ahead of adviser reviews Liaising directly with providers and platforms to chase, progress and resolve cases Maintaining accurate, up-to-date client records on the firm''s back-office system Handling incoming client queries by phone and email with professionalism and care Helping the team stay on the right side of FCA and internal compliance requirements General office and team administration as ..... full job details .....
