IFA Administrator Nr Loughborough, Leicestershire (our Ref AL1409)Salary c£26,000 depending on experience + benefits and performance related bonusFull time position, office based, although consideration may be given to part time and hybrid workingMy client is a Chartered Financial Planner and has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced IFA Administrator.The role will be varied and you will work closely with the Director, in providing a first-class service to their clients. Should you wish to work towards taking CII qualifications then this can be supported.Main responsibilities:Liaising with clients and handling queriesWorking closely with the DirectorWorking closely with the Company''s Network, ensuring that all practices and procedures are implemented and followed effectivelyUtilising the IT systems to their fullest in order to achieve the best client outcomes (Intelliflo / Intelligent Office)Preparing Suitability Reports from templatesProcessing new business and ensuring smooth and timely completionEnsuring compliance requirements are adhered toQuotations and ValuationsThe Ideal Person:Wealth Management Administration experienceIntelliflo / Intelligent Office / FE Analytics experienceIT literate (Microsoft Office etc)Good verbal and written communication skillsAbility to prepare accurate Suitability ReportsAble to work independently, efficiently and accurately and to use own initiativeGood time management skills with the ability to manage own workflowIf this role ..... full job details .....
