This is an excellent opportunity for someone with financial planning experience who is looking to develop their career within an established IFA environment and work alongside a highly experienced team of Financial Planners and support professionals. The role As an IFA Administrator, you will play an important role in supporting Financial Planners and ensuring the smooth delivery of an excellent service to clients. Your responsibilities will include: Providing day-to-day administrative support to Financial Planners and the wider team Supporting the smooth delivery of financial planning services to clients Assisting with client onboarding and ongoing client administration Preparing and processing client documentation and correspondence Liaising with clients, providers and other professional contacts Processing new business and assisting with ongoing policy and investment administration Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records Supporting Financial Planners throughout the client journey Managing multiple priorities while maintaining ..... full job details .....
