The successful candidate will provide administrative support to Financial Planners to help to deliver good client outcomes. Be the first point of contact with the financial planning team and product providers to deliver a first-class service to clients. THE ROLEProcess new business for clients in a timely manner, ensuring all information provided is accurately reflected in the application paperwork and any other associated systems are updated.Be a first contact point for clients to handle general queries, escalating complex queries to the Planner, adapting your approach for clients in vulnerable circumstancesArrange client meetings, valuations, meeting packs and manage the Financial Planners diariesPrepare client application forms in line with suitability report recommendationsPrepare letters of authority for signingComplete any required post meeting actions and minutesProvide additional support to the Financial Planners by attending client meetings, dealing with any administrative work for clients.Support the Financial Planners in submission of cases to the paraplanning teamSupport...
