With a salary of up to £28,000 per annum DOE, plus a discretionary bonus, this role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and excellent administrative skills. THE ROLE Compliance with the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and relevant FCA rules, as well as regulatory requirements and company policies. Adhering to compliance, Consumer Duty, TandC, and financial crime procedures, including anti-money laundering, data security, anti-bribery, fraud, and corruption. Keeping up to date with relevant product, legislative, and technical changes. Preparing documents for client meetings, packaging suitability letters, maintaining client files in SharePoint, and handling scanning and printing. Processing new business both online and via paper applications. Processing letters of authorities, preparing valuations, and updating platforms and providers. Communicating with clients and providers via phone, email, post, and occasionally face-to-face. THE CANDIDATE... Permanent
