IFA Administrator

We are looking for an experienced IFA Administrator / Financial Planning Administrator to join our established independent financial advice business in the Wirral. This would suit someone who enjoys working as part of a small, friendly and close-knit team, where you can take ownership of your work and play an important role in supporting advisers and clients. Ideally, you will already have experience working within an IFA, financial planning or wealth management business. We are particularly interested in someone who is comfortable dealing with both modern investment platforms and newer products, as well as older and legacy pension and investment arrangements. The role will involve providing day-to-day administrative support to our financial advisers and helping ensure client cases progress smoothly from initial meeting through to implementation and ongoing servicing. Typical responsibilities will include: Processing new investment, pension and retirement business Preparing and submitting client applications Obtaining valuations and information from existing providers Processing Letters of Authority and chasing providers Dealing with pension transfers, investments, ISAs and other financial products Working with modern investment platforms and provider systems Dealing with older or legacy pension and investment products and providers Processing withdrawals, contributions, switches and other client instructions Preparing information ahead of client review meetings ..... full job details .....
