IFA AdministratorLocation: Hove, East Sussex (Office-Based)Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 DOEHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pmThe OpportunityAn established and highly regarded wealth management and financial planning practice is seeking an IFA Administrator to join its friendly team in Hove.Working alongside Chartered Financial Planners and experienced support staff, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business while delivering exceptional service to a loyal private client base.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their role and is happy to get involved in all aspects of financial planning administration. The business has built its reputation on long-term client relationships and provides advice to around 200 existing clients, with a strong focus on service and client retention.The RoleAs an IFA Administrator, you will provide comprehensive support to the advisers and wider business, ensuring client cases progress efficiently from inception through to completion.Key responsibilities include:Supporting Financial Planners with day-to-day administrationProcessing new business applications and maintaining accurate recordsManaging and updating client information on the back-office systemChasing providers and clients for outstanding documentation and informationBooking appointments and coordinating adviser diariesAnswering incoming calls and handling client enquiries professionallyPreparing documentation for ..... full job details .....
