This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in financial services administration who enjoys supporting Financial Advisers, building strong client relationships and managing the day-to-day administration of new and ongoing business. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners. Act as a point of contact for clients, providers and advisers. Process new and ongoing business across pensions, investments, ISAs, bonds and protection. Prepare client correspondence, reports and suitability report enclosures. Manage Letters of Authority and obtain policy and investment information. Produce portfolio valuations, tax packs and annual review documentation.
