The Role You will provide comprehensive administrative support to Financial Advisers, ensuring the efficient processing of new and existing business while delivering a high standard of client service. Key Responsibilities Online processing of new business applications for retail clients across Pensions, Investments and Protection in a timely and compliant manner Liaising with a wide range of product providers and platforms Ongoing servicing and maintenance of existing client portfolios Producing illustrations and comparison quotations, including collating supporting literature and pre-populating applications Processing Letters of Authority Updating client portfolios for annual reviews and preparing review packs and reports Managing adviser diaries, including scheduling and rescheduling appointments Handling ad hoc administrative tasks to support the wider team Occasionally meeting and greeting clients and ..... full job details .....
