IFA AdministratorLocation: Bristol (Hybrid - 3 days office / 2 days home)Hours: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pmDepartment: Client Support / Adviser Support An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced IFA Administrator to join a growing wealth and financial planning business undergoing significant expansion through strategic acquisitions. This role sits within a supportive, fast-moving environment that combines the energy of a growing organisation with the stability of private-equity backing.You will provide high-quality administrative and technical support to financial advisers, ensuring clients receive an exceptional service and that all work is completed in line with FCA guidelines and internal processes.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Review and Adviser SupportPrepare for client review meetings by ensuring all client and plan information is accurately recorded and up to date.Request plan information from providers via email, post or online platforms, and chase regularly to meet deadlines.Upload all received information to the internal system and maintain clear, accurate records.Update contributions, withdrawals, linked transfers and income expectations for all client plans.Validate unit balances, fund data and pricing feeds to ensure accurate plan valuations.Collate costs and charges for all plans, including commission, fund-based and adviser charges.Produce client valuation reports using system templates.Create ''OneNote packs'' including fund research, KIDs, data ..... full job details .....
