This is an excellent opportunity for a well-rounded financial services administrator who enjoys managing cases from start to finish and takes pride in delivering exceptional client service. You''ll work closely with Financial Advisers and Paraplanners, supporting clients throughout their financial planning journey across pensions, investments, protection, and wealth management solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of client services while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities New Business Administration Process and submit new business applications across pensions, investments, ISAs, bonds, and protection products. Ensure applications are completed accurately and submitted within agreed timescales. Monitor cases through to completion and proactively manage outstanding requirements. Client Servicing and Reviews Prepare valuations, reports, and review packs for adviser meetings. Support ongoing client servicing and review processes. Ensure all post-review actions are completed accurately and efficiently. Provider and Platform Liaison Liaise with providers and investment platforms ..... full job details .....
