Client Services Administrator (Financial Planning) Location: Alderley Edge, Cheshire

Are you an experienced Administrator with a background in financial planning or wealth management?
An established and highly regarded independent financial planning firm based in Alderley Edge is looking to recruit a Client Services Administrator to join its growing team.
Working closely with Financial Planners and Associate Financial Planners, you''ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience by supporting the administration of new and existing business while ensuring records and documentation are maintained to the highest standard.
The Role Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing new business applications with providers
• Preparing client valuations and annual review packs
• Managing day-to-day client administration
• Maintaining accurate records using the firm''s back-office systems
• Updating and managing client documentation
• Liaising with product providers and clients where required
• Supporting Financial Planners with the ongoing servicing of their client bank
• Ensuring all work is completed accurately and in line with FCA and company procedures

About You To be considered, you''ll ideally have:

• Previous experience within an IFA, Financial Planning or Wealth Management environment
• Strong administration and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• The ability to prioritise a busy workload and work to deadlines
• Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Experience using Curo and/or SharePoint would be advantageous but is not essential
