What You''ll Be DoingDesigning and implementing Conditional Access policies in Entra IDBuilding persona-based access models (e.g. standard vs privileged users)Helping define and deliver a modern identity-led access frameworkMoving the organisation away from VPN / network-dependent accessWorking hands-on with existing IAM and Microsoft technologiesCollaborating with internal teams to upskill and improve security practices What We''re Looking ForStrong experience in IAM / Identity Security rolesHands-on work with Entra ID (Azure AD) + Active DirectoryProven experience implementing Conditional Access policiesUnderstanding of identity-led security / Zero Trust conceptsExperience with IAM tools (SailPoint IIQ ideal, alternatives accepted)Knowledge of PAM solutions (e.g. Delinea, CyberArk, BeyondTrust)Comfortable working in enterprise environments Nice to HaveExperience designing RBAC / persona-based accessExposure to security frameworks (e.g. NIST)Background in large-scale transformation or cloud migrationGuidant, Carbon60, Lorien and SRG - The Impellam Group Portfolio are acting as an Employment ..... full job details .....
