The role plays a critical part in maintaining a robust IAM framework, managing risk, and supporting audit and compliance initiatives. The role is a member of the Digital Trust leadership and is responsible for managing and motivating a team of skilled IT professionals and occasionally directing external third-party service providers. The role is accountable for all Identity and Access Management services: Identity Lifecycle Management for human and non-human identities (including AI identities), Privileged Access Management, Certificate Management, Entitlement and Access Management and any other.
