Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer

We''re seeking an experienced Identity andamp; Access Management (IAM) Engineer to play a key role in the development, support and continuous improvement of our identity security capabilities.This is an excellent opportunity for an IAM specialist with strong Microsoft Entra ID expertise to join a large enterprise environment where identity, access governance and security are critical to business operations.This role is based in Cannock 4 days per week, with 1 days remote. Your new roleYou''ll be responsible for the day-to-day operation, optimisation and ongoing evolution of our IAM services, ensuring users have the right access at the right time while maintaining a strong security posture.Working closely with Infrastructure, Security and Application teams, you''ll help drive IAM best practice across the organisation, improve processes, and support key identity-related projects.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and optimise Microsoft Entra ID and M365 identity servicesManage user life cycle processes including onboarding, role changes and offboardingImplement and maintain access controls, privileged access and identity governance processesSupport enterprise application registrations, authentication and SSO integrationsMonitor IAM environments, troubleshoot issues and ensure service stabilityConduct access reviews, certifications and compliance reportingCollaborate with Security and IT teams to strengthen identity controls and policiesSupport IAM improvement initiatives and ..... full job details .....
