IDAM Solutions Architect

IDAM Solutions Architect is required to join a large scale technology transformation programme, and to lead Identity andamp; Access Management (IDAM) solution architecture and delivery across the programme to ensure strategic alignment and technical coherence with the enterprise target-state architecture. You will be responsible for: Defining and delivering IDAM solution architectures across programmes and platforms. Leading the IT and technology sections of IDAM business cases, ensuring alignment with strategic and target architectures. Collaborating with business and technical delivery teams to ensure architectural coherence and adoption of recommendations. Providing ongoing architectural governance and support to implementation teams. Contributing to discovery and planning activities to shape business case development and architectural direction Embedding Zero Trust principles into enterprise architecture. Required experience and skills: Extensive experience in IDAM architecture, including federated identity, single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), role-based and attribute-based access control (RBAC/ABAC), and Azure AD/Entra ID. Strong understanding of architecture frameworks and governance (TOGAF). Ability to influence senior stakeholders across delivery, product, and platform teams.
