IDAM Operations Manager Location: Uxbridge (Hybrid) - with up to 10% international travelAbout the Role: We are seeking an experienced and proactive IDAM Operations Manager to lead the operational delivery of Identity and Access Management (IDAM) services across our global footprint. This is a strategic role within our enterprise infrastructure transformation programme, supporting over 60 countries and $20+ billion in revenue. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, governance, and security of IDAM systems, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and alignment with global standards.
