The successful candidate will possess extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) and will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing critical identity management services across the organisation. The environment contains significant customisation, bespoke workflows, rule extensions, and integrations with multiple identity platforms, requiring an engineer capable of performing deep technical analysis and resolving complex incidents.
