IdAM Engineer | DV ClearableWe''re looking for an IdAM Engineer to join a dedicated Identity and Access Management Live Services team, maintaining and monitoring key components of the Identity Infrastructure. You''ll ensure supported components meet required availability and capacity levels, act as subject matter expert across several areas, and help drive continuous service improvement.You''ll also provide technical support to project streams and engage with external suppliers to ensure the organisation gets real value from those relationships.What you''ll be doing:Supporting Windows Active Directory Domain Services and security infrastructure across a varied, growing IT environmentLiaising with Support and Project teams to progress and implement changes and tasksProviding 2nd and 3rd line support for Active Directory Domain Services across corporate environments, plus Privileged User Account Management and corporate IdAM solutionsResponding to 2nd and 3rd line incidents and service requests, taking ownership through to resolutionAssisting with proactive monitoring and daily checks to prevent incidentsFollowing the corporate change process for all implementationsMaintaining the integrity of Identity Management services in line with industry standards and vendor best practice (eg Microsoft)Occasionally working outside normal hours to support disaster recovery tests or critical project changesWhat you''ll need:3+ years'' experience and certification administering Windows ..... full job details .....
