IDAM Analyst/Engineer - Identity andamp; Access Management - LiverpoolLiverpool | Hybrid Working | 12 Month Fixed Term Contract - Potential to go Permanent!Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + Excellent BenefitsAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an Identity andamp; Access Management (IAM) Analyst to join a growing technology team supporting a large, complex enterprise environment.Working in a large Microsoft landscape, this role is ideal for someone with 12 - 24 months of IDAM, Service Desk, Infrastructure or IT Operations experience looking to develop their career within Identity andamp; Access Management and Microsoft security technologies.Key Responsibilities:Support Joiner, Mover and Leaver (JML) processesAssist with user provisioning and access managementMaintain Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID accountsSupport RBAC and access governance activitiesAssist with access reviews and PIM administrationSupport MFA and Conditional Access controlsMaintain IAM documentation and proceduresSupport audit and compliance requestsSkills andamp; Experience Required:Minimum 12 months IT support, infrastructure, security or IAM experienceExposure to Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active DirectoryUnderstanding of onboarding/offboarding processesKnowledge of access management and RBAC principlesExperience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM toolsStrong troubleshooting and customer service skillsDesirable:Basic PowerShell ScriptingExposure to Entra ID GovernanceUnderstanding of MFA and ..... full job details .....
