Position: ICT Technician - Must DriveLocation: SwindonSalary: 28k - 32k plus Benefits Our client are looking for a proactive and skilled ICT Technician to provide dedicated IT support to a group of primary schools. The role involves maintaining and improving technology infrastructure in an educational setting, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing essential IT support to teachers, staff, and students. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with children and educators, have strong communication skills, and bring a solutions-oriented approach to ensuring effective technology use in the schools. You will report to the helpdesk team leader and be responsible for managing your own ticket queue ensuring all support issues are dealt with professionally and within SLA.They are a fast-paced and enjoyable place to work, with a real team ethos.
