ICT Technician Richmond Upon Thames We are looking for a skilled ICT Technician to join a busy MSP around the Surrey / Middlesex area. This role would suit someone with experience supporting IT either within a school environment or an MSP, who enjoys taking ownership of technical issues and delivering reliable solutions.You''ll be responsible for keeping systems running smoothly while also help the school to get the most out of its ICT. From supporting staff and students to maintaining hardware and applications, your work will directly contribute to creating an effective learning environment.Key responsibilities:Act as the main onsite contact for IT, providing responsive 1st/2nd line support to staff and studentsTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues across desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, projectors, AV equipment and moreInstall, configure and upgrade hardware and software across the school networkSupport and maintain core systems, with a strong focus on Microsoft Office 365 and commonly used education applicationsWork proactively with stakeholders to identify improvements in ICT provisionCommunicate technical solutions clearly and effectively to non-technical usersKey Requirements:Experience in a similar ICT Technician, 1st/2nd Line Engineer role - ideally within an education MSP or directly in a school environmentStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Windows operating systemsGood understanding of common user applications and networked systemsConfident ..... full job details .....
