      <description>Location: Gloucestershire | Salary: &amp;pound;160 - &amp;pound;170/day | Type: Permanent | This role involves delivering ICT across KS3 and KS4 within a specialist education setting supporting children and young people with complex additional needs, SEMH, and adverse childhood experiences. Students may learn in a range of environments including schools, community settings, and home-based provision, requiring a highly flexible and adaptive teaching approach.  The successful teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, accessible ICT lessons that are differentiated to meet a wide range of abilities, including GCSE and Functional Skills pathways. A strong focus is placed on removing barriers to learning through high levels of scaffolding, personalised strategies, and a trauma-informed, restorative approach to behaviour and engagement.  Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, the teacher will contribute to EHCP targets and support both academic progress and personal development, helping students build confidence, independence, and employable skills.
