Students may learn in a range of environments including schools, community settings, and home-based provision, requiring a highly flexible and adaptive teaching approach. The successful teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, accessible ICT lessons that are differentiated to meet a wide range of abilities, including GCSE and Functional Skills pathways. A strong focus is placed on removing barriers to learning through high levels of scaffolding, personalised strategies, and a trauma-informed, restorative approach to behaviour and engagement.
