Working alongside our experienced System Management Team you will help ensure that Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service (LFRS) have the right systems in place to deliver quality services that enable our Service to deliver for our communities. You will take ownership of a portfolio of related ICT Systems, helping to ensure they remain secure, effective and aligned to organisational and user requirements. You will be responsible for making sure our systems are correctly procured, and Supplier Contracts are well managed. Working with our users and suppliers you will ensure they are resilient, meet our required Service Levels and delivery value for money. As part of the wider ICT team, you will be working with Service Colleagues to resolve issues and deliver change.
