This is an excellent opportunity for an ICT Support Engineer who enjoys providing first-class technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and delivering outstanding customer service across a fast-paced business environment. As an ICT Support Engineer, you will act as the first point of contact for ICT incidents and service requests, ensuring the efficient resolution of technical issues and maintaining high levels of service availability. Key Responsibilities Manage incidents and service requests through the Service Desk system. Install, configure, maintain and support PCs, mobile devices, printers and other workplace technology. Troubleshoot hardware, software and network-related issues. Perform user administration and access management activities. Maintain ICT asset records, inventories and equipment lifecycle management.
