ICT Site Support Technician

We are seeking an experienced ICT Site Support Technician to provide dedicated IT support for a major infrastructure project based in Snowdonia. This temporary role is critical to maintaining the availability, reliability, and performance of the site''s IT infrastructure during a key phase of the programme.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all IT systems, network connectivity, and end-user services remain operational, providing prompt technical support to minimise downtime and maintain business continuity. Due to the nature of the project, uninterrupted ICT services are essential, as any unplanned outages during TBM operations could have a significant impact on project delivery.

This role is essential to ensuring the continued operation of the project''s ICT infrastructure during a critical phase of delivery. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining site connectivity, supporting end users, and ensuring technology services remain available to minimise disruption to TBM operations and the wider construction programme.
