ICT Service Manager Job summary The Cedar Foundation is seeking to recruit the following staff member: Ref: 26-192-ICT-CS-WEB Job Role: ICT Service Manager Location: Head Office, 1 Ravenhill Reach, Belfast, BT6 8RB Agile Working Option / Working from Home Salary: Salary starting at £43,024-£48,596 per annum Hours: 37 Hours per Week Monday - Thursday (9-5pm) Friday (9-4.30pm) The successful candidate will benefit from flexi-time The Role: The Cedar Foundation have approx. 650 employees and delivers a range of services that enable people with disabilities to get the most out of life and to be fully included in their communities. Our services are centred around the individual needs of each person and are delivered throughout Northern Ireland. The ICT Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the charity''s ICT infrastructure and ensuring the effective delivery of ICT services, providing high quality management, maintenance, support and development of ICT support services. This includes managing the relationship with external third-party ICT service providers including, IT support service, mobile service providers and network service providers, ensuring high standards of service, and aligning technology with the charity''s strategic objectives. The ICT manager will be responsible for leading on digital projects undertaken throughout the organisation.
