ABOUT THE ROLE We are excited to offer a rewarding opportunity to join our ICT Network and Telephony team, as an ICT Senior Network and Telephony Engineer. This role ensures the smooth operation and reliability of the council''s network which underpins the ICT infrastructure, systems, and applications we deliver. You will work closely with the Network and Telephony Manager, project managers, third-party experts, suppliers, and other key stakeholders. A key part of the role will be resolving complex issues escalated by other ICT support teams and designing, implementing, and maintaining robust Network and Telephony solutions that align with the council s strategic goals. This includes proactive monitoring, capacity planning, and ensuring systems meet evolving business requirements. Your role as ICT Senior Network and Telephony Engineer will include collaborating with project managers to ensure successful project delivery in both the network and telephony arena.
