ICT Security Lead

Job Title: IT Security LeadReports To: Head of ITScope:Sitting within the IT team, this role is responsible for IT security across the Group. The key functions of this role include:Defence Compliance: Manage UK Ministry of Defence (MOD) security frameworks and Defence Cyber Protection Partnership (DCPP) requirements.Cloud Security Strategy: Secure native cloud environments (AWS, Azure) without legacy on-premise infrastructure.Risk Management: Lead risk assessments, accreditation processes and security case preparation for defence contracts.Stakeholder Management: Liaise directly with MOD accreditors, internal product teams and executive leadership.This role is newly created and requires a self-starter who can take ownership and shape the function.
