ICT Operations Support Officer (Band 5) Location: Belfast Hours: Full-time 37.5 hours Salary: £15.88 Contract: Temporary - initially for 3 months About the Role: MPA Recruitment, on behalf of the Business Services Organisation (BSO), is recruiting Band 5 ICT Operations Support Officers to join the Digital Operations team. This role provides second-line ICT support across Health and Social Care services in Northern Ireland, ensuring critical business and clinical systems remain operational. Working within an ITIL and ISO-accredited environment, you''ll support system maintenance, troubleshooting, service requests, projects and customer support while contributing to the delivery of high-quality ICT services. Key Responsibilities: ICT Support and Systems Management Provide second-line technical support for ICT systems and applications. Diagnose and resolve technical incidents, service requests and system issues. Support system implementation, maintenance and configuration management. Monitor ICT services to ensure performance, availability and reliability. Customer and Technical Support Provide technical advice and guidance to customers and system users. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers and third-party providers. Escalate complex technical issues where required and ensure service levels are met.
