ICT Engineer - Software FactoryInitial 6 Month contract - Inside IR35 - market rateReading based - hybrid working -2 days a week onsiteDefence sector - must have current and active SC ClearanceJob purposeThe ICT Engineer supports the implementation, operation, maintenance, and evolution of Software Factory platforms, development toolchains, and automation capabilities.Key Accountabilities and Objectives?Accountabilities include (but are not limited to):Support software development, build, test, and deployment activities.Configure and maintain Software Factory tools and environments.Develop scripts and automation utilities.Support platform integration and operational activities.Troubleshoot technical issues and support end users.Lifecycle ManagementSupport platform maintenance and upgrades.Contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives.Support deployment and release activities.GovernanceEnsure compliance with engineering standards and processes.Maintain configuration and operational documentation.Support audit and quality assurance activities.QualificationsEssential QualificationsBachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related discipline.2+ years of experience in Software Factory, DevOps, CI/CD, or ALM environments.Desirable QualificationsMicrosoft Azure Devops certification or other CI/CD environmentsSkills and Experience:Essential:DevOps and CI/CD fundamentals.Version ..... full job details .....
