As an ICT Assistant, you''ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering digital services that colleagues and customers rely on, while gaining hands-on experience across the full ICT lifecycle. Supporting the ICT Manager, you''ll help deliver our ICT Strategy, helping to ensure that digital systems are effective, secure, accessible and user-focused within a regulated housing environment. In this dynamic role, you won''t be limited to a single area. You''ll contribute to ICT operations, administration, co-ordination, change management, data quality and supplier oversight. You''ll work closely with colleagues across all areas of the organisation, enabling them to make the most of digital tools, while contributing towards meaningful service improvements, as well as working closely with suppliers.
