ICT Field Support EngineerCar Provided Fuel Card We are recruiting for an ICT Field Support Engineer for a leading Construction Company to support 4,000 users across 120+ sites. Responsibilities Providing 2nd line support across desktops, laptops, and mobile devicesCarrying out site setups, hardware installations, upgrades, and repairsTroubleshooting hardware and software issues efficiently and effectivelySupporting network connectivity, including WAN, VPN access, and wireless configurationsManaging user accounts and permissions within Active DirectoryProvisioning and deploying devices using AutopilotMaintaining accurate IT asset records and assisting with equipment rolloutsCreating clear technical documentation and sharing knowledge across the ICT team Skills NeededExperience with site setups, hardware repairs, and hands-on troubleshootingTechnical skills in Microsoft 365 and Windows 10/11Experience supporting WAN environments and configuring mobile devicesHands-on knowledge of Active Directory and hardware provisioning (Autopilot)Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently across multiple sitesStrong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset This is an excellent opportunity for a driven IT professional looking for a varied, field-based role where no two days are the same.Etech Partners needs to collect and use your personal information when you apply for a role.
