ICA Engineer

Our Water company client is seeking an Operational Technology/ICA Engineer based in Havant on a permanent basis.Our client are seeking a proactive and solutions-focused OT Engineer to join their Production Department. This role is key to designing, developing, and optimising Operational Technology systems across water production assets.You will work closely with Operations and Technical teams to improve reliability, efficiency, resilience, and safety across critical infrastructure while contributing to water quality and environmental goals. Experience with ICA including PLC/HMI/SCADA is essential.The role is based in Havant with travel required across Hampshire and West Sussex.ResponsibilitiesProvide specialist EICA/OT support across water treatment and network assetsDeliver OT system improvements and optimisation initiatives, including: Minor OT/ICS project implementationSystem upgrades and enhancementsPerformance and reliability improvementsProcess and control modificationsSupport Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT)Commission OT systems and ensure effective handover into operationsMaintain change control for: SoftwarePLC/HMI/SCADA/GeoSCADA systemsElectronic documentationMonitor and support OT cyber security systemsPerform advanced fault finding and diagnostics on Industrial Control SystemsProvide hands-on operational and reactive support when requiredDeliver training, mentoring, and technical guidance to colleagues Skills, Qualifications and ..... full job details .....
