The business partners with both start-ups and established market players, providing the infrastructure and operational services required to build and scale successful insurance ventures.You will be joining a collaborative and fast-paced environment with strong exposure to brokers, underwriters, and senior stakeholders across the market.Your new roleThis is a key hire within the finance operations team, focused on delivering accurate and timely IBA processes. You will work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders, supporting end-to-end client money and credit control activities.Key responsibilities will include:Bank and client money reconciliationsPremium reconciliations across multiple schemesProcessing collection files and premium returnsPreparing and issuing invoices and statementsProcessing broker commissions and timely transfers to office accountsManaging multi-currency accounts and settlementsSupporting the collection of premiums and claimsMaintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting recordsSupporting month-end close and internal reportingInvestigating and resolving IBA-related queriesManaging aged debt and supporting credit control processesBuilding relationships with brokers and ..... full job details .....
