You''ll work directly with the Directors and broking team, becoming a trusted and important part of the business.The roleYou will take ownership of the accurate and timely management of the company''s insurance broking accounts, including:Allocating client and insurer cashReconciling insurer statements and arranging settlementsCompleting bank and client money account reconciliationsMonitoring outstanding premiums and supporting credit controlProcessing refunds and return premiumsReconciling commission and brokerageCompleting client money calculationsManaging month-end processes and reconciliationsInvestigating and resolving accounting discrepanciesMaintaining accurate records within ActurisLiaising with insurers, clients, brokers and Directors to resolve queriesProducing reports and escalating overdue accounts where necessaryAbout ..... full job details .....
