This is a predominantly technical role (70% technical / 30% leadership), focused on 2nd and 3rd line support, complex troubleshooting, incident resolution and team supervision. You''ll need to be comfortable working directly with the technology rather than focusing solely on architecture or service design. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day IAM operations and provide 2nd/3rd line technical support. Troubleshoot complex identity, authentication and access issues across hybrid environments. Use PowerShell scripting to investigate issues and automate operational tasks. Support and maintain Entra ID, Active Directory, conditional access policies and GPOs.
