IAM Support Engineer
Scotland based - Inside IR35 - 5 days a week onsite Role Overview The On-Prem IAM Support Engineer is responsible for the operational support and administration of on-premises Identity and Access Management services. This includes Active Directory management, internal PKI services, and supporting identity life cycle processes through Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM). The role ensures stable, secure, and efficient identity services that support user access across the organisation''s IT environment. Key Responsibilities Active Directory Administration Manage and maintain Active Directory (AD) environments Administer users, groups, and organisational units (OUs) Support and maintain Group Policy Objects (GPOs) across the enterprise Troubleshoot AD-related access and authentication issues Identity Lifecycle (Joiners, Movers, Leavers) Support identity life cycle processes using Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) Ensure accurate provisioning, modification, and deprovisioning of user accounts Support integrations between MIM and connected systems/applications Resolve issues related to identity synchronization and workflows PKI Administration Support and maintain internal Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS) Manage certificate issuance, renewal, and revocation processes Troubleshoot PKI-related issues impacting authentication and encryption services Ensure compliance with internal security standards for certificate management Key Skills andamp; Experience ..... full job details .....
