IAM Service Lead

IAM Service Lead - 3 months Contract - £650/day via umbrella company - onsite Manchester/Inverness - SCC FLEX CONTRACT We are seeking an experienced IAM Service Lead to lead the delivery, governance, and continual improvement of Identity and Access Management (IAM) services across the organisation. This role will be responsible for ensuring that identity services are delivered effectively, securely, and in line with business and regulatory requirements, enabling the right people and systems to access the right resources at the right time. The successful candidate will provide leadership across the IAM service function, driving service design, transition activities, operational governance, stakeholder engagement, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with business, security, engineering, and operational teams, the IAM Service Lead will ensure the successful delivery and ongoing maturity of both cloud and hybrid IAM services. Your responsibilities as an IAM Service Lead: Lead the delivery and governance of IAM services across the organisation. Create and maintain IAM Service Designs and Target Operating Models (TOM). Lead service transition activities, including knowledge transfer, shadowing, and operational readiness. Establish and manage IAM service governance, processes, and operational standards.
