IAM Service Lead
Scotland based - Inside IR35 - 5 days a week onsite Role Overview The IAM Service Lead is responsible for the leadership, governance, and operational excellence of Identity and Access Management (IAM) services within a hybrid environment. This role ensures the stability, security, and continuous improvement of IAM capabilities across the organisation, while maintaining strong alignment with business and security requirements. The position requires deep technical expertise across core IAM domains, combined with strong service management, stakeholder engagement, and governance capabilities. Key Responsibilities IAM Service Leadership andamp; Governance Own and lead end-to-end IAM service delivery within a hybrid IT environment (on-premises and cloud) Establish and enforce IAM governance frameworks, policies, and standards Ensure IAM services are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise security architecture and compliance requirements Service Management (KPI/SLA/Reporting) Define, monitor, and manage KPIs and SLAs for IAM services Produce regular service performance reporting for senior stakeholders Drive service stability and availability through proactive monitoring and operational oversight Risk andamp; Issue Management Own IAM-related risk identification, assessment, and mitigation planning Manage and resolve service incidents, escalations, and major operational issues Ensure compliance with security policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standard ..... full job details .....
