IAM Service Lead Up to £100,000 + 5% Bonus I''m currently recruiting for an experienced IAM Service Lead for a senior opportunity within a complex hybrid IAM environment. The key priority for this role is strong operational IAM service leadership and ownership within a live BAU environment. The hiring team is looking for someone who has experience running and managing day-to-day IAM services, overseeing operational service delivery, managing performance and resolving service issues - rather than a profile focused primarily on IAM architecture, programme delivery or transformation. UK-wide - based from nearest base location Up to £100K + 5% bonus BPSS clearance required Must be UK-based The role You''ll take ownership of IAM service delivery within a live operational environment, ensuring services run effectively while leading service performance, governance, stakeholder management and continuous improvement.
