IAM Service Lead Up to £100,000 + 5% Bonus I''m currently recruiting for an experienced IAM Service Lead for a senior opportunity within a complex hybrid IAM environment. Manchester or Inverness - 5 days onsite Up to £100K + 5% bonus BPSS clearance required Must be UK-based The role You''ll take ownership of the IAM service, working across service leadership, governance, stakeholder management and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include: IAM Service Design and Target Operating Model Leading transition, knowledge transfer and shadowing KPI/SLA management and reporting Stakeholder, risk and issue management Driving continuous service improvement What we''re looking for Strong IAM Service Leadership experience in a hybrid environment, with a broad understanding of: IGA MFA SSO PAM PKI Experience with MIM, Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta or BeyondTrust would be highly desirable. You don''t need to be hands-on across every technology - we''re looking for someone who understands IAM technically and can confidently lead the service and its stakeholders.
