IAM Consultant Rate: £500 - £600 Inside IR35 (Total to umbrella)Location: Bristol (hybrid working twice a week on site)Duration: 6 months We''re looking for an experienced IAM Consultant to support the design, implementation and optimisation of enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions for a large-scale organisation based in Bristol.This is a broad, hands-on consultancy role suited to someone who can operate across both technical delivery and stakeholder engagement, helping to shape secure, scalable identity services.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement IAM solutions across complex enterprise environmentsSupport the full identity lifecycle (joiner/mover/leaver processes)Work closely with security, infrastructure and application teams to integrate identity servicesDeliver access controls, authentication and authorisation solutionsContribute to IAM strategy, architecture and roadmap developmentConduct IAM assessments, audits and improvementsEngage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide expert guidanceKey Skills and ExperienceStrong experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)Knowledge of identity protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAPExperience with one or more IAM tools, such as:Azure AD / Entra IDSailPointCyberArkUnderstanding of access governance, RBAC, PAM and federationExperience working in cloud and/or hybrid environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)Strong stakeholder management and communication skillsReasonable Adjustments:Respect and equality ..... full job details .....
