About the Role: The Level 2 IAA Adviser will provide high-quality, regulated immigration advice within a charity setting, supporting refugees, asylum seekers, migrants and other people facing immigration-related barriers. The postholder will manage a varied caseload within their authorised Immigration Advice Authority level and category, deliver accessible and compassionate advice, prepare applications and representations, and help clients understand their rights, options and next steps. The role will contribute to the charity''s mission to promote dignity, inclusion and access to justice for people who may be vulnerable, marginalised or unable to afford private legal advice.
