Hygiene Technician Maidstone, Kent 14.00 per hour (weekly pay) Monday-Friday 3/4pm - 12:30am (8-9 hour shifts) Premier Recruitment Group is delighted to be partnering with a well-established and rapidly growing Fresh Produce company based in Maidstone, to recruit a dedicated and proactive Hygiene Technician to join their evening team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced food production environment and takes pride in maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety. Key Responsibilities:Machinery Cleaning and MaintenanceDismantle, deep-clean, and reassemble production machinery to meet food safety regulationsUse cleaning agents safely and in line with COSHH standardsConduct basic maintenance tasks, including lubrication and minor repairs Factory Hygiene and ComplianceCarry out deep cleaning across floors, drains, surfaces, and production areasMaintain accurate hygiene records and report faults or risksEnsure strict adherence to hygiene and food safety protocols Health and SafetyAlways wear PPE and follow Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) proceduresMaintain a safe, clean, and organised work environment Requirements:Previous experience in hygiene or cleaning within food production/manufacturingComfortable dismantling and reassembling machineryKnowledge of HACCP, COSHH, and food safety standardsStrong team player with excellent attention to detailPhysically fit and able to work night shifts Desirable (Not Essential):Experience in the fresh produce ..... full job details .....
